NAOMI SCRIVENER, CFP Principal and Owner, Back Office Solutions, LLC

Naomi Scrivener, CFP®, a Fee-Only Financial Planner and a Registered Investment Advisor in the State of Texas is the principal and owner of Back Office Solutions, LLC. Back Office Solutions, LLC provides outsourced financial planning services to other financial planners in the areas of data input, data analysis, and plan writing. In 2008, BOS started servicing all of its clients through a network of highly qualified CFP® practitioners and other professionals. Currently, BOS not only supports NaviPlan Extended, Money Tree's Easy Money and Golden Years, Sungard, and Money Guide Pro software, but also provides a wide range of financial planning support. Naomi also provides financial planning software consultation based on the planner's business objective.

In 2009 Naomi co-founded Virtual Solutions Consortium, a resource of virtual providers of services and technology for financial advisors. VSC is continuing to grow as a network of outsourcing service providers who are building strategic alliances with each other. (click on link for more information)

Prior to launching Back Office Solutions, LLC, Naomi worked as a staff planner at Resource Advisory Services, Inc., working primarily with high net worth clients. After a family transition to Texas in 2000, she started the outsourcing business alongside her personal financial planning practice. In 2002, BOS became solely focused on providing outsourced financial planning services.

Naomi has spoken at several conferences and workshops, including the FPA Success Forum in New Orleans, LA (2002), Texas Society of CPAs (2003), NAPFA South Region Conference (2003), NAPFA Northeast Conference (2004), NAPFA National Conference (2005), North Texas NAPFA Study Group (2006), Dallas-Ft. Worth FPA Symposium (April, 2008), and slated to speak at the NAPFA Technology and Practice Management Conference (October, 2008).

Naomi received her CFP® designation in 1996 from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. She also holds a Masters in Music from Southern Methodist University and her Bachelor of Arts in Music from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia.

Naomi has been a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) since 1997. She has been active in two Habitat for Humanity affiliates, providing financial literacy and education to potential Habitat homeowners. Naomi has participated in starting a community garden in Grapevine and now initiating one in Hewitt. Naomi and her husband, Randy, live in Hewitt, Texas and they have an 11 year old son.
